   Y? I don’t know why this pic was ever made. I mean star wars rock band?!?! WTF? Maybe it was cool in the 80s or something. I don’t know. Someone enlighten me on how this got made. Lucas need to be put on a leash when it comes to licensing merch.

   It was in the now defunct Star Wars: Galaxy magazine circa 1996. It was in an article featuring pop/indie music referencing Star Wars.

   Wow no kidding. There are a lot of bands popping up doing video game and sci-fi cultural references. I think it’s about time. It’s just a painful poster to look at because it’s so out of place. Han seems to be the only one that looks like he would be in a band. Maybe Chewbacca on drums, but Leia and Vader seem a little over the top.

   I’m trying to hunt down another poster like this. I saw it a few weeks back that has Jar Jar, Boss Nass, Battle droids and maybe Yoda rapping in some alley way. I need to get that and put it up here. If anyone finds it email or post a link to it. It needs to be preserved for prosperity.. and ragged on too.
